High School Aviation - $425 per year + $50 Lab Fees
Aviation Science will provide an introduction to aviation-related topics including basic physics and aerodynamics, airport and airspace regulations, aircraft instruments, meteorology, and aviation-related anatomy and physiology.
Students who successfully complete this class may be endorsed to take the FAA Private Pilot written examination. Many universities and colleges award three college credits to students who successfully pass the FAA written exam. This course with the FAA exam is the first step for anyone interested in a career in aviation or aerospace.
