Welcome to the eXtend Homeschool Tutorial 2024-2025 Registration Website

REGISTRATION FOR 2024-25 WILL OPEN APRIL 2nd. Only proceed with registration if you have been given permission by the Leadership Team to continue with registration.

Before registering for any classes, you must FIRST complete the 2024-2025 Family Registration (the FIRST item listed on the registration page) and pay your registration fee. THEN, register for classes.

Completing the Family Registration: Type the PARENT NAME where it asks for the "Student Name" as this is your Family Registration. Enter the Student(s) name(s) in the "Additional Information" section. The full instructions are located on the page as soon as you click "2023-2024 Family Registration" Please follow the instructions.

Registering for Classes: When registering for classes, the “Full Name” is the Student’s Name; the email address is the parent email address (existing families, DO NOT USE YOUR eXTEND EMAIL ADDRESS); the phone number is the parent cell phone number.

FREE: The classes are listed as FREE, however that means that parents do not pay eXtend Tutorial for any classes. Annual class tuition is specifically noted in the Description of each class, and that tuition is paid directly to the tutor. eXtend DOES NOT ACCEPT TUITION PAYMENTS.

Returning Family Forms https://form.jotform.com/240485651574159) are due during your registration period, and NO LATER THAN Wednesday, March 25th.

FACILITY/TECHNOLOGY FEE:

The $100 Facility/Technology Fee is a one-time fee that is due by August 24, 2024 (Orientation Day).

The receipts generated by Corsizio for your Registration Fees and Facility/Technology Fees constitute your official receipt of payment.
